Facebook vs LinkedIn
I'll take LinkedIn anytime. Reasons are:
The organic reach on LinkedIn is a lot better than Facebook. Organic means you don't have to pay ah. For Facebook, you gotta at least churn out some money to boost your post.
You get to meet a lot of business owners and potential clients that would hire you. As compared to Facebook that caters for a large variety of audience, LinkedIn is mainly made out of professionals.
You get to meet with the decision-makers. And where do you meet them? Not on Facebook. They are on LinkedIn. And if you meet them, you can chat with them directly and close the deal there.
What I like about LinkedIn is that people are generally helpful. They don't throw nasty remarks at you. They give constructive criticisms. More importantly, they're very supportive.
Now, don't get me wrong. There are pros and cons of starting on LinkedIn or Facebook.
There is no right or wrong in this situation.
But really, if you're a business owner and you provide services to other businesses, LinkedIn's the best platform for you to grow.
Me, I'll stick with LinkedIn for now.
