I'm an introvert.

To put my face upfront ain't my thing.

I know I'm contradicting myself.

Considering the things I'm doing right now. Creating videos and putting them up on social media. Annoy everyone with my face all over the place.

I felt very uncomfortable doing it.

Still is, but lesser now.

However, considering how marketing has changed over the years. People don't want to work with a "faceless" brand.

We want to know the face of the person that we may work with in future. Hiding behind a company is a thing of the past.

Older companies, perhaps they can run by. They've made their names. But smaller and newer ones, if no one knows the "boss" behind it, susah wanna thrive.

As much as I don't like putting up my face upfront, I had to do it. It may seem easy for some. However, I believe it's hard for many of us.

The fear of being ridiculed keeps lingering at the back of my mind.

Surprisingly, as time passes, it got easier.

Instead of being shamed, people are very supportive of what I did. It's just my mindset that's holding me back.

We just got to start believing in ourselves first.

That said, I still feel uncomfortable. However, I'm grateful that all of you made it easier for me to thrive.
