Would you like more money?
I sure do.
Question is. How.
I've been in a tight spot before. The pay was lower after returning from Singapore. Loans and bills to pay. The sole income earner. Cari makan memang susah.
Now, I wrote about this before. I'm not going to bore you with it again. Instead, let's look at possible ways to give ourselves a breather.
I made it to the bank. Spoke to the person about refinancing my loans. He was baffled. Said he has yet to see any Malaysians do this. I stretched the loan period to the max again. Loans got reduced by 2/3rds.
With a family of 3 or 4, we can save a lot. One meal outside cost RM 60 - 80. Can save half by eating at home.
Having the right skills can earn us side income. If one is good with a bike, why not be a FoodPanda rider? Or we can write content for blogs or social media. Can ajar tuition too if patience is part of your virtue.
Over the years, we subscribe to a lot of stuff. We don't need both Astro and Netflix. Just pick the lesser evil. You'll be surprised how much we can save by cutting off one sub.
How else can we get extra money?
